MEET OUR DIRECTOR – JOSH ADAMS
Our Basketball Director is Coach Joshua Adams. Coach Adams brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Gunners Elite Basketball Club. He has coached for almost 10 years at various levels of travel and school basketball and all within the greater Lima area.
Coach Adams has become a student of the game and has learned many different coaching strategies and concepts and is always looking to adapt his teaching/coaching into developing players and teams. He has a deep knowledge of basketball fundamentals, man-to-man defensive principles and how to teach and implement the motion offense.
Coach Adams played 4 years of basketball under Kevin Sensabaugh at Spencerville High School. During his high school career, he was part of a team that set the school record for fewest points per game allowed (38 points per game).
His main goal is for players to learn basketball at a deeper level; allowing them to grow and develop into better overall players at both ends of the court and he wants Gunners Elite and all of our players/teams to reach their full potential.
Coach Adams is excited to develop players/teams and lead the Gunner’s Elite Basketball program to the next level!
